Minimum of 25 hours of training in three months

Push ups - 8

Running - 12 dojo laps

Kicks - Front snap kick fighting position

Punches - Double punch

Blocks - Block / Punch Combination

Stances - Horse Stance

Kata - Kihon Kata Nidan

Kumite - High Punch training

Proper attitude
