Running - 18 dojo laps

Kicks - Round house Kick rear leg

Punches - Front jab, oppsite side punch

Blocks - Hammer Fist

Stances - Short Catfoot

Progressive - Oppsite side punch, progressive oppsite punch

Kata - Pinan Nidan

Kumite - Round House kick training

Body Shifting
