Running - 15 dojo laps

Kicks - Front snap kick fighting position Front leg

Punches - Oppsite side punch

Blocks - Knife hand

Stances - Long Catfoot

Progressive - Oppsite side punch

Kata - Kihon Kata Sandan

Kumite - Middle block training

Body Shifting
