Punches - Hammer Fist, suie auchi opposite side punch

Blocks - Reinforced block

Stances - Demonstrate all basic stances

Progressive - Round house kick \ opposite side punch

Kata - Pinan Shodan

Kumite - Alternate sparring

Body Shifting

Proper attitude
