Blue Belt Requirements

Minimum of 25 hours of training in three months

Push ups - 21

Running - 22 dojo laps

Kicks - Side kick front leg, back kick

Punches - Triple punch, back fist

Blocks - Elbow block

Stances - Demonstrate all basic stances

Progressive - opposite side punch, progressive OSP, suie achi OSP

Kata - Pinan Sandan

Kumite - Two step sparring

Body Shifting

Proper attitude
